What payment methods are accepted?

  1. Credit Cards: We accept credit card payments via Paypal, the payment processing platform for online shopping.
  2. Local direct bank fund transfer via ATM transfer, Internet banking, over the counter cash deposit or cheque drop in at the bank. Please indicate your name and order number for our reference. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days from date of order.

SHIPPING

Local Orders

For purchases of SGD500 and above, delivery within Singapore will be FREE of charge via our logistic team. Please allow 4 - 7 working days for delivery.

For purchases less than SGD500, mode of delivery will be via Ninjavan, available at a flat rate of SGD6.00 island wide. Please allow for 4 - 7 working days for delivery.

International Orders

Currently we do not offer International shipping.

Return Policy

Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:

For returns to be valid, items purchased must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt. All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customers.

Returns and exchange are allowed, providing that all items to be returned are in good condition with its original tag still intact.

Return of sale items are not allowed and all items purchased via our online store, can only be returned online.

Note: All returns are final.

Acion Technologies Pte Ltd has the right to decline returns if above requirements are not met.
